Looking for Pubs in Godmanchester then you have four to choose from. Located just a mile or so from Huntingdon in Cambridgeshire Godmanchester once a two with lots of pubs now has just the four.
The Black Bull is on the main road in from Huntingdon and if you continue through Godmanchester towards the A14 you’ll reach The White Hart. The Royal Oak is on The Causeway overlooking the river and The Exhibition is on the corner of London Road and Earning Street.
Three of the pubs in Godmanchester do food and you’ll find Cinta and the Fish & Chip shop as you drive through too.
My Friend GMC, PE29’s local magazine and one of the free local business directories has visited the four Godmanchester Pubs and written a review. They started at The White Hart, made it to us at The Exhibition, then down to The Royal Oak and onto The Black Bull.
I’m not sure what they mean by wood panelling because we’ve checked and although we have a wooden bar there is no panelling. That aside not a bad review for us and The White Hart.

The Exhibition Pub & Restaurant in Godmanchester is a great choice for residents of Greater & Lower Cambourne, near Cambridge. Do you live in Camboune and want a nice place to eat and drink close by?
From Cambourne head up the A1198 past Papworth to Godmanchester, turn left into Godmanchester once you have passed Wood Green Animal Shelter and follow the road into town, we are on the corner of London Road and Earning Street on your left before the bend.
There are four pubs in Godmanchester, The Black Bull is located on Post Street and is closest to Huntingdon. The Royal Oak is on The Causeway overlooking the River Ouse and Old Chinese Bridge. The White Hart is located on Cambridge Road near the Co-op and The Exhibition at the corner of Earning Street and London Road.
There are some great drinking holes in Huntingdon if you are looking for a longer pub crawl. You could start at the Samuel Pepys Pub on Huntingdon High Street or Prima Restaurant next door. The Bridge Hotel has a great bar with an open fireplace and is located on the old bridge over the Ouse that separates Huntingdon & Godmanchester.
